William Trezza elected to CBC President
William Trezza

Bill Trezza is a native of Orange, New Jersey and a graduate of Villanova University. Upon graduating in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Business Administration with a major in Accounting, Bill took a position with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). Bill held several prominent positions during his tenure with the OCC (1969-1982). He began as the New York Field Examiner (69-75), then moved on to the Washington DC Special Projects Division (75-78). Bill distinguished himself in his next assignment as New York Special Projects Manager, and was transferred to the West Coast in 1980. There he was the San Francisco Deputy Regional Administrator for two years before being assigned to the Washington DC Regional Bank Division.

In 1982, an opportunity opened up for Bill with The Bank of Agriculture & Commerce, once again bringing him out West. Bill became the Chief Financial Officer for the Bank of Agriculture & Commerce headquartered in Stockton, California in 1982 and in 1984 was named Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. To this day, Bill leads the Bank of Agriculture & Commerce and it’s subsidiary bank, ECC Bank, in continued market growth and financial success, as he has for the past 23 years.

As an active member of the Bank’s many communities, Bill serves on numerous Board positions and committees for local organizations and trade associations. Bill is a father of four, and enjoys the many sports and school activities of his children, who range from 14 to 19 years of age.
