C. Fred Rowden of Sonora, California, has more than 40 years of
experience in banking, including 16 years in the Monterey area and 19 years as the president of four commercial banks. Most recently, Mr. Rowden was the president and CEO of Central California Bank, where he oversaw the bank's growth over six years, leading it from $27 million in assets and three branches to $420 million in assets and 15 branches. Prior to joining Central California Bank, Mr. Rowden held similar positions at East County Bank in Antioch, Cypress Coast Bank in Seaside and Monterey County Bank, orchestrating growth and safe and sound
operations in each.
